They take longer to set up than is necessary and feature so many smart features that you feel compelled to dig into them. The biggest issue I’ve found with to-do list apps is that, ironically, they often make a pig’s ear of helping you get stuff done.
But for me, these tools help me run a productive, profitable business. This has tempted me towards a bunch of productivity tools that many would scoff at for being too simplistic.
